When applying for a booking, it is important to remember that the organisers limit the number of similar products by using categories and our Sales Director makes every effort to ensure each Food Festival is as diverse and unique as possible.

Notes on how to Complete the Application Form

We hope the form is simple and easy to fill out but if you are struggling, please read through these notes before contacting us.

Which kind of space do you wish to book?

This is divided between cold and hot products, and by size/type of space.
Businesses within the road closure area - High Street, Church Street and Henley Street - are priced differently. Please select which size you require and further information on pricing will be sent to you.

Electrical Supply

There are a limited number of places with an electricity supply; please only request if necessary.
If you answer 'yes' to requiring an electricity supply, you must list all electrical appliances and wattage in the next question please.

TENS License

Anyone selling alcohol must apply to Stratford upon Avon District Council for a TENS license.

Payment

An invoice and receipt will be sent when your booking is confirmed.
Full payment must be received no later than six weeks prior to an event. Failure to pay will result in there being no space allocation for you at the event.

Method of Payment

Payment is by BACS to our business account and details will be on your invoice. You are asked to email alcesterfoodfestivalfinance@gmail.com to advise that you will be paying by BACS and to use the name of your business as the reference on your payment.

Additional Information

Your booking will not be accepted if you fail to send current and appropriate PLI insurance details and risk assessment, and evidence that you have a TENS license (if required).
Please remember we cannot process applications that are incorrectly filled in or if the booking procedure is not followed.
