Alcester Food Festival attracts a footfall of about 15,000 visitors and has become increasingly popular and renowned for the quality of fine produce on offer. There is room for a maximum of 120 stall holders including local pubs and businesses that actively take part.

When applying for a booking, it is important to remember that the organisers limit the number of similar products by using categories and our Sales Director makes every effort to ensure each Food Festival is as diverse and unique as possible.

Notes on how to Complete the Application Form
We hope the form is simple and easy to fill out but if you are struggling, please read through these notes before contacting us.
Which kind of space do you wish to book?
This is divided between cold and hot products, and by size/type of space.
High Street businesses are priced differently so if you are a local High Street business please select which size you require and further information on pricing will be sent to you.
There are a limited number of places with an electricity supply; please only request if necessary.
If you answer 'yes' to requiring an electricity supply, you must list all electrical appliances and wattage in the next question please.
Anyone selling alcohol must apply to Stratford upon Avon District Council for a TENS licence.
An invoice and receipt will be sent when your booking is confirmed.
Full payment must be received no later than six weeks prior to an event. Failure to pay may result in being turned away on the day.
Method of Payment
Option 1 Payment by cheque: Please send your cheque to PO Box 2505, Alcester, Warwickshire B49 5AA.
Option 2 Payment by BACS: Details will be on your invoice. You are asked to email email@example.com to advise that you will be paying by BACS giving the reference name of your company.
Your booking will not be accepted if you fail to send current and appropriate PLI insurance details and risk assessment.
Please remember we cannot process applications that are incorrectly filled in or if the booking procedure is not followed.
