You may give us personal data directly by filling out a Google Form, our Grant Application form or our Membership Application form. 

Personal information disclosed/collected on any of our Google Forms is stored securely and only used for the intended purpose. You can read Google's privacy policy here for further information. 

By completing and submitting a Grant Application form, you give consent for AAFF to retain your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. AAFF will use the information supplied solely for the purpose of evaluating the Grant Application. Information relating to successful Grant Applications will be retained for audit purposes. All other information supplied will be destroyed at the end of the financial year to which it relates.

By completing and submitting a Membership Application form you give consent for AAFF to retain your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. AAFF will use the information supplied solely for the purpose of your Membership. Information supplied is stored securely online and never stored on any electronic device. All information will be destroyed if your membership is terminated.

 

Members’ Newsletter

All personal details relating to Membership are held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. AAFF will not pass your personal data to anyone else. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please email us at alcesterfoodfestivalsecretary@gmail.com.

 

Photographs and Footage

Please note that photographs and footage may be taken during the Festival. These may be used for marketing and publicity on our website, on social media or in third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
